Our direct debit runs every second Thursday (Fortnightly). No changes can be made to your membership from this Thursday through to the following Monday. Attached are the direct debit dates for this year.

The Joining fee covers a number of different things. They are as follows:-
To train in a 24/7 gym you need a security access Fob, which scans you into our building when we are unstaffed. To access a fob you must complete a security induction which sets out all the terms, conditions and conduct rules to ensure a safe and fully operational environment for every member.
For you to exercise safely in our facility a Pre-Exercise Questionnaire & full Health Consult must be completed, from this we ascertain your experience training experience review your goals and ensure you will be safe within our facility when unstaffed.
It also covers some of the costs incurred in providing a 24 hr gym facility.
We forward merchant service fees at a rate equivalent to what we are being charged.
A small transaction fee of approximately $1. Will be debited in addition to your fortnightly membership fees for bank account debits and .68-.90c for credit card debits.
Yes we have both male and female change rooms with one shower in each bathroom. We also have a disabled toilet.
Yes, we offer the option to suspend on all our memberships. PLEASE NOTE MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE SUSPENDED IF THERE IS MONEY OWING. The minimum suspension term is 2 weeks and there is no maximum term. Suspension must have a return date and all requests must be via the Membership Suspension Request Form below, in writing, via email or via a private message through our Facebook page.
Membership cancellation requests must be via the Membership Cancellation Request Form below, in writing, via email or our Facebook page. Conditions if cancellation are that you must return your security access key (FOB). Any outstanding membership fees must be paid and a payout figure will apply if you haven’t met the minimum term of your membership.
Bring appropriate workout clothing, no work boots or thongs, a towel for your workout which must be used on benches and seats, and a drink bottle to make sure you stay hydrated. PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL COVID RULES APPLY. Please refer to our covid policy (link below) or our website.

We certainly do! We offer 30, 45 and 60 minute personal training sessions which include a personal training consultation. We also offer packages. Ask one of our friendly staff members for more information on how to book your personal training session.
Depending on your membership we will provide you with a free health consultation and initial Program. We also offer ongoing Programs and more advanced options. The cost depends on the complexity of the Program.
If you lose or break your access key (FOB) contact us and we can arrange a replacement at a cost of $20. If your key stops working and or is faulty we will replace it free of charge.
